@JioCare Another new complaint raised (SR0000323ISP) while old one (SR000030930H) is still on hold. Internet remains unstable. Yet a new bill of ₹1,497.84 is generated — but no waiver, no refund, no validity extension for prolonged non-service. JioFiber #Refund
