Christopher Helali is, along with Jackson Hinkle, a signer of the "Declaration of the American Communist Party" which states they reconstituted the CPUSA as the ACP. Helali is under contract with the Russian military. Jackson Hinkle is presumably in Moscow. ACP was established ngs with the Russians including U.S. Treasury sanctioned Aleksandr Dugin, and they are building a 5th column in the United States. As for Ron Paul, his Ron Paul Institute republishes Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (Measures of Support which was formerly known as Active Measures) controlled Strategic Culture Foundation (SCF) articles in the hundreds with the latest one as of two days ago. SCF was co-founded by Communist Politburo member Yuri Prokofiev. The Strategic Culture Foundation is also under active U.S. Treasury sanctions. The SVR is directed by Sergey Naryshkin.
