185 lbs *4-5 reps for four sets today on deadlift. Started the #athleanX #totalbeast program recently for a 2nd time. I like the mix of total body strength, conditioning and correctives.

Why does Jeff Cavaliere not like science-based lifting principles like long length partials? I thought his channel is all about "putting the science back in strength" I remember how he came with a video few years back on how pubmed shouldn't be taken seriously #athleanx
