Today’s #workout log: Today I completely forgot to take a photo of my run record on the treadmill as usual😅 But, yup. I finished off today’s workout with 5km run after weight training👍 And, Hmm. This protein drink was not bad for me. I might try this next as well🤔 #twinglib7m
