@TropeTerrain Clarinda's parents had an okay relationship with their 10 kids. It was unheard of to have so many kids survive in the 1700s, & they were definitely overwhelmed! Clarinda was anxious to leave, but it was mostly because of the chaos, not lack of love! #WritingCommunity #writing
