Focus
The brain's a wild party host,
Ping! Ping! — notifications boast.
Shiny likes and squirrel alerts,
Dopamine hits, focus gets hurt.
Mind-wanders off to yesterday's drama,
Or tomorrow's big "what if" panorama.
Every buzz, every beep, every ight in a chaotic dash.
But champs? They build fortress walls,
No-phone zones, scheduled deep-work calls.
They sprint in 90-minute bursts of fire,
Then rest like kings — no guilt, no liar.
They tame the beast with routine and might,
Love the grind, embrace the quiet fight.
Distractions scream, but they just smile and say:
"Sorry brain, we're working today!"
