ఎమోషనల్ అంటే భావోద్వేగ ఉధృతాన్ని సమన్వయపరచుకోవడం
ఫిసికల్ అంటే అన్నిటికంటే సులువుగా అర్ధం అయ్యే విషయం ఎందుకంటే ఇది భౌతికమైన విషయం కాబట్టి (కాస్త లో కాస్త మీ శరీరాన్ని మీ మాట వినేలా చేయడం ఇందులో భాగం)
