@BNYglobal was assigned to investigate my Fidelity debit card fraud claim may of 2025. Received email with no mention of Fidelity appeared to be a phishing scam. Claim was never resolved. No response No provisional credit issued as required by law. #RegulationE #ConsumerFraud

Two days since @Fidelity told me my case was escalated. No email. No contact. No resolution. $2,182.41 in unresolved fraud means I am short on rent this month. I reported this immediately in May 2025. was issued a new car 10 months later still waiting. #RegulationE #ConsumerFraud

#keep4o community, Don’t just cancel your subs, REPORT OpenLies to differnt government departments! Seriously it works because last year, OpenLies started routing users from their selected model 4o to those cheap 5 models to save cost. They didn’t have warning snd didnt have did it forcibly. When users were fed up, canceled their subs AND reported to FTC, OpenLies was forced to admit they were routing people. This is because they are afraid of being sued if more complaints piled up. They put the label 4o on the interface but sneakily routed users to other models. This is consumer fraud! They sunsetted 4o while many people still had an active sub so this is again fraud or breaking contract!
