NST2 aims to deliver long term success and positively impact on the lives of citizens by prioritizing sustainable development and climate resilience, development of domestic manufacturing industries to reduce the trade deficit, creating sustainable and decent jobs, improving the f education, enhancing nutrition and early childhood development to reduce stunting, improving the quality-of-service delivery while strengthening citizen engagement and participation.
The success of NST2 depends on the collective commitment and action of all stakeholders – citizens including youth and women, the private sector, faith-based organizations, civil society, academia, media, and development partners among others.
Every Rwandan is urged to approach NST2 with determination and solidarity, turning challenges into opportunities and driving the nation towards a prosperous and equitable future.
