#CPGRAMS Update – 27th March, 2026 Empowering citizens through effective grievance redressal! On 27th March, 2026, a total of 10,922 grievances were resolved across Central Ministries/Departments and States/UTs on the #CPGRAMS portal Central Ministries/Departments: 8,999 th the Ministry of Labour and Employment leading at 1,517 Appeals: 1,970 disposed of, with the Ministry of Labour and Employment disposing of the most (674) States/UTs: 1,923 grievances resolved, led by Uttar Pradesh with 455 disposals #CPGRAMS #GoodGovernance #GrievanceRedressal #CitizenFirst #DigitalIndia #PublicService

DARPG organised a monthly review meeting of #CPGRAMS with more than 25 Nodal Public Grievance Officers of States/Uts and ATIs. • AS, DARPG stressed the need to reduce pendency and ensure timely, quality disposal of grievances, while highlighting concerns over the increasing n Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. • States/UTs were advised to share #Sevottam Grant requirements before FY closure • Urgent need for corrective action to improve overall CPGRAMS performance #CPGRAMSUpdate #CitizenFirst #GrievanceRedressal #GoodGovernance #SevottamScheme

DARPG, organised the monthly review meeting of the #CPGRAMS with the 70+ Nodal Grievance Redressal Officers of Central Ministries and Departments. ➡️The Additional Secretary, DARPG laid emphasis on reducing pendency of grievances, while simultaneously ensuring quality disposal. te GRAI framework was discussed, highlighting rationalised indicators, mandatory Action Taken Reports (ATRs), improved grievance categorisation, and the importance of citizen feedback. ➡️The NextGen CPGRAMS Utility was presented, wherein Ministries/Departments were guided on the process of furnishing information across various parameters in the tool, with emphasis on ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data submitted. #CPGRAMSUpdate #CitizenFirst #GrievanceRedressal #GoodGovernance
