@Sorry I accidentally erased your reply 😬 Elite athletes are the most physiologically prepared humans on Earth. Yet even they cannot afford to make high-intensity training their primary volume. If they have to train 15-25h/week and most of that training is HITT, they will get overtrained and certainly will get injured. Hope this helps.
