Hello #Twitter, ça fait un moment que j’y pense et aujourd’hui, je me lance 😊 Je suis passionné par les nouvelles #technologies, et les personnes qui utilisent ces outils pour créer, innover et transformer notre quotidien m’inspirent énormément. Every single layer in a spacesuit affects an astronaut's mobility. Choosing the right combination of materials is crucial, especially for the suit's outer layer which serves as the first line of defense against the Moon's harsh environment. The legacy suits worn during the Apollo for prolonged exposure to the Moon's sharp, jagged lunar regolith. This ultra-fine, abrasive dust quickly caused outer fabrics to fray and wear through, leading to degradation after just hours of activity, risking breaches and limiting mission activity. If we want a sustainable human presence on the Moon we need suits tailored to withstand these challenges. #AxEMU
