@Bangladesh's new government, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party-#BNP, is preventing individuals linked to the #AwamiLeague from being released on bails given by the High Court by "#showing" them arrested 'July 2024 protest' murder cases, a wholly #fabricated allegation. This practice contradicts the rule of law that the new prime minister, #TariqueRahman, pledged to uphold in his very first press conference as prime minister.
