Pair programming session was epic. Two heads better than one. #PairProgramming
@I look at Chator Qwen or [insert model here] as a young #pairprogramming partner. #XP AI is the "Pilot" I am the "Navigator" I've been experimenting with training my own hosted model to know my coding standards, naming, modern best practice etc. So far it's been about the same as a new human partner. It takes a human 10,000 hours(ish) to mature. I'm curious to see if AI can compete and how long it will take. I'll consider it there when it gives me novel useful suggestions (just like I do for a real human)

Controversial take: Pair programming is overrated for senior devs but underrated for juniors. Seniors need deep focus time. Juniors need the live context transfer that only pairing provides. Mix both approaches.
