LA Knight has provided an update regarding injury concerns heading into WWE WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas next month.
On Raw this past Monday, Knight ran in to attack The Vision after their tag team match against The Usos.
However, Knight’s elbow had the end of the segment.
LA Knight Comments On Injury Concerns
Today, a clip went around on social media showing that Knight had suffered a fall when he jumped over the barricade into the ringside area, but it’s unclear if that’s where the issue stemmed from.
Nonetheless, Knight took to social media today with an update, sharing an image of the elbow and writing:
Being on the backend of a bursa flare up won’t keep me from the road to @WrestleMania.
LA Knight WWE WrestleMania 42 Opponent
As of this writing, there is still no clear opponent for LA Knight at WWE WrestleMania 42 under a month away from the event.
While Knight has been feuding with The Vision since last year, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed are both out with injuries, and if Breakker is able to return in time, his planned opponent looks to be Seth Rollins.
Meanwhile, the two members of The Vision who are currently active – Logan Paul and Austin Theory – look to be chasing the World Tag Team Championship and potentially facing The Usos at WrestleMania, leaving Knight without a clear opponent.
Brock Lesnar, who Knight was reportedly planned to face as of January, is now confirmed for a match against Oba Femi instead.
One option would be for Knight to face Logan Paul with Paul working double duty, unless WWE can manufacture alternative plans with someone completely outside of The Vision circle.
