Should candidates be allowed to use AI in interviews? Yes. If they’ll use it on the job, why ban it? I once got called out for a SQL typo on a whiteboard. Another interviewer said, “The system will catch it.” That’s the point. Test thinking, not memory. #Hiring #AI #Interviews
