A lot of councils are already doing this, it's a question of how many #hundreds of #cameras can you afford to buy, install, service, check and then do you have enough staff to investigate if illegal actions are seen. Don't suggest all councils are doing nothing as that's wrong.

This photo was taken during our camera surveillance pilot project. We want to show Councils in every county that they too CAN catch litterers/fly-tippers, but they need to show the commitment and energy to make it happen. That's the least ratepayers deserve.
