A WWE star Danhausen has filed a new trademark application associated with his popular gimmick.
Making his WWE debut at Elimination Chamber on February 28, Danhausen has spent much of his time with the company going around and cursing other stars.
With a that WWE had filed trademark applications for Danhausen-related terms, a new filing from the star himself.
In a new application with the USPTO submitted on March 25 under serial number 99726702, the real-life man behind the WWE star has filed for the term: “YOU ARE CURSED!”
With the “First Use In Commerce” being listed as December 2019, the trademark covers the goods and services categories of:
IC 025: Shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts; Hats; Bandanas; Socks.
IC 041: Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer;
Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer;
Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer;
