Axis Bank deducted ₹1888 from my account and after complaint refunded only ₹1600 saying GST cannot be reversed. If the charge itself was wrong, how can GST be valid on it? Charging tax on an incorrect service is unacceptable. Please clarify. @AxisBankSupport @RBI #CustomerRight

Booked an @Uber ride on 6 March at 8:39 PM. Driver Prem Chand. Payment was already done via Uber Wallet, yet he was rude and abusive and forced me to pay cash again. Promised to return it after checking—but now no refund & no reply on WhatsApp. Is this how riders are treated?
