When a student pays his admission fee and university enrolment fees in an affiliated college, he should be only charged the tution fees and exam fees or optionally university books…ok…every year not an issue…then why charge admission fees every year ? When they are already having a goddam roll-number enrolled in the university.?
Because a roll number cannot be removed, unless the student applies for TC or discontinued his engineering career .
