Remove the Third Language from Academics and teach kids basics of Tax system, money management, law and judiciary.
21 year olds still don’t know how income tax works, how money should be managed and what are their own citizen rights.

I do not know if this is some #basic human sense, but that is borderline nasty and terrible.
