@AzureSupport #azTechHelp Unexpected charges on my subscription. Tried to open a support ticket; the process was so convoluted I had to call instead. The email response? No links. No URLs. No way to follow up. I shouldn't have to tweet to get basic support. How do I find my case?

@azuresupport #azTechHelp Submitted ID verification for Azure signing. Looks like it didn't go through yet on the verification page it asks me to check the status and the status says I have to verify my ID. Any ideas on what to do?

@azuresupport #azTechHelp How can I get a phone number from Portugal in ACS while my billing account is in Ireland? I cant create a new subscription in a different location. I cant create a billing profile in a different location. Whats the solution for me? And please dont tell me its a new account. You have an entire hierarchical structure. Billing, profiles, subscriptions, etc. If the service is not available (although the resource is located in ecs) at least give me an option to create a subscription in a different location so I can make usage of the resources related to it. @azuresupport #azTechHelp Are you using a "work" email or an Outlook account? I have an Outlook account and the notification never gets sent and Authenticator gives an 8 digit code instead of the needed 6 digit code (which is given for "work" accounts). Thank you @azuresupport

@azuresupport #azTechHelp All API requests to Azure OpenAI deployments suddenly error out; Error 503: "The service is temporarily unable to process your request." with CognitiveServices in the EASTUS2 region (OpenAI model deployment); seems to be an outage.
