Ich renne den ganzen Tag durch Wien, mit der Angst meinen Schlüssel verloren zu haben! Such das ganze Haus durch, nicht gefunden! Ich ruf gedanklich schon mal die Hausverwaltung an, bis Mama anruft um zu sagen, dass sich der Schlüssel im Auto befindet #adhdProblem

How long does it take for you to maintain a practice before it becomes a habit? One that you'll truly maintain. For me it's 3-4 months. Any less and it's willpower/reminders and constant battling. Not many practices last the full 3 months. Like 1% at best. #adhd #adhdproblem habit #askadhd

Pre workout is so great for my focus. I get all hyper and get so much done. Apart from the crash. I guess it's all the caffeine/taurine/chemicals that I really shouldn't be taking. #adhd #gym #adhdproblem
