I am ACTUALLY asking this question out of curiosity, NOT to be a d***. I actually want to know how your fanbase feels:
Hypothetically, say Rick Barnes takes Tennessee to three of the next five Elite Eights and then calls it a career.
In that span, he never reaches a Final Four out of those six Elite Eight runs or whatever the number is.
How do you think you would end up looking back on his tenure with Tennessee?
This question is for everyone out there regardless of fanbase:
Objectively, do you consider Rick Barnes to be an elite college basketball coach considering what he’s done at Tennessee and what he’s done in his career as a whole?
