@TeaBagCapital Break it apart. Sell off all the secondary and tertiary resorts resulting in only the Crown Jewels Install quality mgmt at Corp and each resort. Reinstate HR at all resorts. Revamp passes day and season. Raise wages. Focus on retention. I could go on $MTN #Vailresorts

Most people (including analysts) don’t understand Epic Pass is loss leader. Pass is supposed to get people on the mtn then #VailResorts sells them food, drink, rentals, lessons etc Another dumb biz move by $MTN making it cheaper for broke people to further crowd the mountains
