I think it's very close. Scottie is doing almost exactly what Tiger did but against better players and with equipment that creates less separation between the best and everyone else. In other words, it's tougher to have a 3.0+ SG number now than it was 20 years ago. Scottie is putting together seasons right now that dwarf what one of the 12 best players ever (Rory) is doing at the same time. He probably won't have Tiger's career or his win totals, but the level he's on right now has been touched by only a couple of other players historically.
