The last week focused on strengthening partnerships, through a series of engagements at the World Mobile Congress, to accelerate South Africa’s digital transformation, expand connectivity and grow digital skills. Engagements with global technology partners centred on investment, infrastructure and collaboration aligned with my four priorities: universal access, device affordability, productive use of the internet and an enabling environment for investment and innovation.
