10. If your Landlord increase your rent every year and each increment per year is not more than 50 to 55% of the current rent.

This is the rule guiding rent increment under tenancy law
The rent increment shouldn't be arbitrary (arbitrary in this context means, 50 to 55% increment), but in the event, that the Landlord adds something new, like new facilities in the building or made improvements on the building.
The increment can go up to 70 to 100% depending on the new worth and standard of improvements added to the building
So, pick up your calculator and check the percentage of increment in your rent to know the right thing to do
