This is not “stray dog nuisance” anymore, this is a complete collapse of civic responsibility.
A woman gets attacked inside a residential building, on the 4th floor in Greater Noida, and what do residents get in return? Temporary relief for a few minutes before the same dogs come back again.
> How are stray dogs freely entering societies?
> Where is the security?
> Where is the administration?
> Where is the accountability?
People are paying lakhs in maintenance to live in “gated societies”, not open jungles where safety depends on luck.
Animal welfare cannot come at the cost of human life. There has to be balance… sterilization, proper shelters, strict entry control in societies, and immediate action on aggressive dogs.
If this can happen on the 4th floor today, it can happen to a child tomorrow.
Stop normalizing this. Act before it becomes another headline everyone pretends to be shocked about.
