Solar panels: If you buy your panels up front, like I did, they came with a 10 year warranty. I thought how grand, but during that time, my system would need to be rebooted because my in-house modem would tell me the city was not getting a reading of what I was producing. The company that was servicing my warranty would come out and fix the problem. When the 10 years were up, they started to want to be paid. I understand this, but the prices were so high that my panels would never come close to producing enough to cover what they wanted. It is all a scam, be forwarned. Don't buy a home with solar panels, or they will get you too! #solar #solarpanels
