SFJ CALLS TO REJECT THE HCF’s HATE AGENDA —
ANNOUNCES “KHALISTAN ZINDABAD” RALLIES IN FRONT OF HINDU MANDIRS IN CANADA
Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has called for “Khalistan Zindabad” rallies across Canada to stop the spread of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology and counter the campaign that falsely labels Khalistan—a political opinion—as extremism.
KHALISTAN ZINDABAD RALLIES will be held on Sunday, 5 April 2026, at Triveni Mandir, Brampton, and Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Surrey, BC.
Sikhs For Justice declared:
“Khalistan respects the Hindu religion but rejects Hindutva terrorism, as the Modi regime’s Hindutva ideology drives terrorism in Canada, resulting in the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar.”
The Hindu Canadian Foundation (HCF), an arm and follower of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology in Canada, is spreading hate against Canadian Sikhs and fostering disharmony by deliberately mischaracterizing Khalistan advocacy as “extremism.”
SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun asserted:
“The actions of HCF constitute a hate crime offence under Canada’s Bill C-9 (Combating Hate Act). Conduct involving the promotion of hatred against an identifiable group and the creation of a climate of intimidation is precisely what this law is designed to prevent and hold accountable.”
Pannun further stated:
“Pro-Khalistan rallies in front of Hindu Mandirs are grounded in and protected by Canadian Charter rights, including Bill C-9 (Combating Hate Act), and are conducted fully within the framework of constitutional freedoms.”
