That being said, if FOIA process reveals Justice Department has not investigated the process of the Ethics committee given POTENTIAL fraud this may give rise to the question of whether the final THIRD BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT, the JUDICIARY, has a method by which to sua sponte intervene.
That is, if the fraud is so clearly manifest and neither the Legislative nor the Executive is doing anything to address the Fraud of a member of the Legislature can the Judicial Branch using its balance of powers step in? And how without an actual case filed?
