Most people would agree that they should be able to choose who they interact with, who their friends are, and what they do together. So long as it's peaceful and voluntary, it's nobody's business but the people involved, right? Why shouldn't that thinking apply to economic Rand gets a bad rap. While it might be popular in some circles to dismiss her thinking out of hand, much of the ire directed at her comes from a fundamental misunderstanding of the concepts she wrote about and supported.
