#WWE #SmackDown #NikkiBella A WWE star suffered an injury during tonight’s March 27 episode of SmackDown at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh. As the women’s tag team division heats up heading into WrestleMania, there was a match featuring two of the top teams on SmackDown tonight. Bella Twins were in action against Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair in the first match of the show, with Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Lash Legend sat watching at ringside. The Bellas picked up the win after Bliss was struck from outside of the ring by Legend. After the match, the three teams got into a brawl, with Raw’s Bayley and Lyra Valkyria also running out and joining them. However, Nikki Bella was noticeably absent from the standoff and was down outside the ring, with the referee and then WWE ringside doctor Chris Amann checking on her. There’s no word yet on the severity of the injury, but we’ll keep you posted as any updates emerge. Nikki Bella did appear in a backstage segment with Brie, Bliss and Flair just a few minutes later with no obvious issues.
