Metro facilities at NSEZ Metro Station (NMRC) are in poor condition. Out of 4 AFC exit gates, only 1 is working, causing unnecessary queues and inconvenience for passengers. Proper maintenance and monitoring are needed. Please fix this urgently #NoidaMetro #NMRC @noidametrorail

Very disappointing experience with NMRC. Made payment through NMRC app money deducted but ticket not generated and no refund. When I tried emailing, the mailbox shows full! Sector 51 is always crowded, app errors and non-working machines make it worse daily.#NMRC @myogiadityanath
