The #Iraqi Terrorists attack on the home of Kurdistan Region President @IKRPresident is a direct and cowardly assault on our sovereignty. This is not just an attack on a man but it is an attack on every #Kurd. We are telling the foreign consulates in the Kurdistan, stop allowing these terrorist attacks on our land. You call yourselves powerful but you do nothing to stop the bloodshed. If you cannot act then provide us with air defense. Give us the means to protect our own skies and our own people. When the conflict between the #US, #Israel and #Iran began, our government made it clear, we are not part of this war. We are not a threat to anyone. So why is our land being dragged into it? What is happening now is a deliberate attempt to pull the Kurdish people into a war we did not choose. We will not be anyone's tool. The Kurdistan Region and its institutions are protected by law. It is everyone's responsibility to defend them. Anyone who targets them is attacking the foundation of our home and we will respond with everything we have. The Kurdistan Regional government @masrourbarzani and @IKRPresident must demand air defense from the #US right now. You either stand with us today or you lose us for good.
