A title change kicked off tonight’s AEW Revolution 2026 pay-per-view event in Los Angeles immediately as the show went on air.
Ahead of tonight’s AEW Revolution event, three matches were announced for the Zero Hour pre-show, including Big Boom AJ and QT tion against the Infantry.
The final match of the Zero Hour pre-show saw AEW National Champion Ricochet put his title in the line in a 21-man Blackjack Battle Royal for the title.
Jack Perry Captures Third AEW Championship
Ricochet has been feuding with Jack Perry for the AEW National Championship since December after Perry pinned Ricochet on AEW Dynamite.
After a number of failed attempts at taking the title from Ricochet, tonight was Jack Perry’s night, with the Battle Royal bleeding onto the main show of Revolution.
Perry would eliminate Ricochet as the final elimination, making him the second AEW National Champion and winning his third title in his AEW career.
Perry had previously held the AEW World Tag Team Championship alongside Luchasaurus as Jurassic Express, as well as winning the TNT Championship back in 2024.
Perry also had a reign as FTW Champion after turning on HOOK back in 2023, though the title was never officially recognised by AEW.
