From a Small Step to a Life-Changing Journey🚀 This journey is not just about roles, achievements, or numbers… but about how a small decision can change the direction of my life. It all started at the end of June, when I first joined InterLink as a regular member in at time, I was just someone trying to understand, learn, and follow the flow of conversations. But behind it all, I saw something bigger many people needed guidance, education, and someone who was present to help. From there, in July, I gathered the courage to take a step further. I applied to become a moderator through Ekwin, Coach Joel , and TFT Exia. After earning that trust, I began my role as a moderator with full dedication. Day by day, I went through different experiences there was fatigue, challenges, moments of doubt, but also happiness whenever I could help others understand. Not long after, I felt an even stronger calling. I wanted to contribute more, not just by helping, but by becoming part of the community’s growth. Eventually, still in July, I joined as an InterLink Ambassador. Since then, the journey has become even more colorful. As a moderator and T3 Ambassador, I’ve experienced both ups and downs. But through every process, I learned the true meaning of responsibility, consistency, and sincerity. Several times, I received recognition for my work as a moderator, which proved that every effort no matter how small always has value. Along the way, I received an opportunity I never imagined before. I was chosen by Coach Joel to become his personal assistant, and also trusted to take part in the onboarding group as an evaluator and mentor for trainees. This was where my journey began to grow even further. I started building my own training and leadership group not just for Indonesia, but for all countries. I guided, evaluated, and assessed trainees regardless of where they came from. For me, we are not just members from different countries we are one family in InterLink. The connections formed are not just about work, but about togetherness. I got to know them, learn from them, and grow alongside them. When my group reached 120 members, I was promoted to T2. Honestly, I felt surprised… even afraid. The greater responsibility felt very real in front of me. But I was not alone. With the guidance of Coach @C_Interlinklabs and @equeenbudi , I learned step by step. I kept growing, kept trying, until I was finally able to manage training groups consisting of trainees from various batches from the first batch up to batch 30 today. In every training session, I don’t just share about InterLink, but also about spirit, motivation, leadership, and how to create quality content while still following all the rules. I always remind them to stay disciplined, compliant, and uphold the values of InterLink. Now, I am involved in around 40 Ambassador training groups from different countries. I continue to accompany them, discuss, support, and strengthen one another. We grow together, take care of each other, and remind each other. Because for me, no one should be left behind. There is no competition here. What exists is togetherness. We are one family… one InterLink. And from this journey, I learned one important thing that distance, cultural differences, and even language are never barriers when our hearts are connected by the same purpose. InterLink is not just a place where I grow. It is a place where I found the true meaning of togetherness, trust, and a real journey. If you’re just starting, don’t underestimate your first step… it might lead you further than you ever imagined. Your journey doesn’t need to be perfect to begin.
