Woke up today feeling stuck. Spent an hour just rewriting one line of code. It clicked. That tiny win? It completely changed my energy. Sometimes, progress isn't a giant leap, it's just finding the right word or solving one small bug. Keep shipping! #buildinpublic #indiehacker

Yesterday I was able to see some friends using Seidō for the first time. Turns out even when you think you app couldn't be more simple some users will struggle for the easiest thing. Observe, take notes, talk to your users and improve. #buildinpublic #indiehacker

Server-side IP detection: one API call, zero client JS, no consent theatre. X-Forwarded-For -> ip-api.com (2s timeout) -> jurisdiction code -> pipeline routing. If detection fails, we default to GB. Fail-safe, not fail-open. #buildinpublic #indiehacker

A simple Mac app made $2k in just 7 days. No big team. No crazy funding. Just a simple idea + building in public. 3M Instagram views → 7k installs → $5k+ sales. Sometimes the internet rewards simple ideas shipped fast. 🚀 #BuildInPublic #IndieHacker #StartupJourney #SaaSU

I just discovered "build in public" exists. Spent 20 yrs sitting next to CEOs, setting company-wide OKRs, monitoring whether every department was actually moving toward the mission. I saw the same problem. Every. Single. Year. #buildinpublic #indiehacker #AI #solofounder #OKR

Late night coding session? ☕ If you're stuck on UI design, let VibeUI's AI search be your design brain. Find the perfect component and inject it straight into Cursor or Copilot via API. Keep building! 💻✨ #IndieHacker #Frontend #AICoding

Harsh truth for tech founders: The product is rarely the problem. The marketing is. I avoided it for too long and just kept building. New rule: 50/50. Build and market. No more hiding. #BuildInPublic #IndieHacker

Set a goal like "Launch MVP by April." STACKFOLO generates a Work Breakdown Structure with milestones you can drag on a Gantt chart. Big goals feel vague until you break them into steps you can actually schedule. #IndieHacker #DevTools
