It’s now been over a month with no progress. I request urgent action on this refund. I have the physical ticket copy which clearly shows the infant attached to me, but boarding pass was wrongly generated with my wife’s name.

The complained raised customer careI (Ref: 28909364). On follow-up calls:
1st → “in progress”
2nd → ref number not visible
3rd → agent tried to connect with Sr. but nothing happened.

I was assured the ₹2000 charge would be refundable. Due to this issue, we missed our 9:20 AM flight. Inside the gate, the executive told me to contact support for a refund.

During check-in, boarding passes were issued for 3 passengers except my infant. At security, I was asked to get a boarding pass for the infant. My wife & daughter cleared security, but I returned to get the infant’s pass.
