Grouping dates? ❌ Month function? ❌ Everything just failed. I was frustrated. Then I paused and asked myself: “What if the problem isn’t Excel… what if it’s the data?” Boom. The date column was TEXT, not the actual date. I went back: Cleaned the data with Power Query #Excel

Progress report on my #Excel journey In class, we were given a Sales dataset to clean, analyse and design a dashboard with it. I have been working on mine and I learnt that data aren't just numbers and letters but they always have an information to tell about the business.
