Julius Malema claims that during his meeting with General Mkhwanazi, the senior police officer spoke negatively about both the National Commissioner, General Fannie Masemola, and Police Minister Bheki Cele.
According to Malema, General Mkhwanazi alleged that General Masemola ive skills, stating that he does not even know how to type or send an email.
