This is corruption, pure and simple. Michael Flynn pleaded guilty twice to lying to the FBI. He was pardoned by Trump. A federal judge then threw out his civil lawsuit for failing to meet basic legal standards. Now Trump’s DOJ is handing him $1.2 million of your money anyway. No court found he was wronged. And the administration still has not given members of Congress any meaningful briefing on what is happening. Members of Congress are learning about the conduct of this war from the press. That is completely unacceptable. This war was launched without our approval, and it is being prosecuted without our oversight. Even some Republicans are now raising serious questions.
