Samsung TV bought in Nov has a defective screen. Filed complaints 3 times—no resolution. Service team confirmed panel issue but didn’t fix it. Complaints closed falsely claiming I refused repair. No calls answered now. Worst service ever. Avoid Samsung. #CustomerServiceFail
