This “#clarification” raises more #questions than it #answers. If this was truly an #innocent encounter, why were individuals seen #hiding their #faces with #hoodies and #sunglasses inside a hotel? That is not standard behavior for #professional #security #personnel. Why did #flee the scene? People who have nothing to hide do not run. Why did the Rwandan delegation leave the hotel in such a hurry immediately after the incident? That kind of urgency suggests #damage #control — not a routine misunderstanding. The reality is that these #inconsistencies #undermine the official version. When combined with a well-documented pattern of targeting dissidents abroad, skepticism is not only justified — it is necessary.
