Between #Capture and #Horizon so many lives damaged forever, and lives lost 😔 Also a tremendous cost to the public purse defending what they knew was wrong 😠 They didn't learn or didn't want to learn from #Capture. #Horizon could have been avoideed. This stinks so bad!

#PostOfficeScandal #Capture #CCRC #Justice POST OFFICE WATCH - CAPTURE The Criminal Cases Review Commission has acknowledged that convicting STEVE MARSTON of theft in 1997 based on Post office software that didn't work might, on reflection, warrant a second look. The CCRC, velocity, has referred Mr Marston's case to the Court of Appeal. He is only the second such referral. Thirty more queue behind him — each proceeding individually through a process that, for Horizon victims, required a single Act of Parliament granting a blaket exoneration. For Capture victims, justice is apparently a bespoke service. The Post Office, meanwhile, confirms it is "treating each case on a case-by-case basis." A spokesperson was understood to be consulting a dictionary for the definition of "urgency." Justice, in this instance, is not blind.
