Legally, this implies that positions up to the rank of Inspector General (IG) should be filled internally, not through external deputation. By openly announcing deputation percentages in this Bill, the government isn't 'strengthening' the forces—it is systematically dismantling their rights. Is the hard-earned career progression of a CAPF officer a 'tip' to be handed out at will? If this Bill is the solution, why wasn't it introduced in 2015? Why force our personnel into a decade-long legal battle only to bypass the Supreme Court’s verdict now? This isn't reform; it is a #BlackBill designed to undermine the judiciary's authority. To the #HonorableSupremeCourtOfIndia: From the Parliament to Pulwama and Chhattisgarh, these forces have stood as the nation's shield. Why must they now beg for their legitimate rights? When a government acts with such disregard for judicial precedents, it borders on monarchy, not democracy. This is more than a policy shift—it is a challenge to the sanctity of the Court itself. #MyLord, it is time to take #SuoMoto cognizance before the dignity of our defenders is permanently compromised.
