Big win against a So called global Bank today! 🏆 while their processes, app are slow as 🐌🐌 After a long battle regarding account closure harassment, poor service, no clear communication, delays after delays etc ... eventually the RBI Ombudsman has ruled in my favor aftfight with Bank and then RBI. 💰 Compensation: ₹25,000 for mental agony & harassment. Even though my Loss was more, as I didn't get to utilize account for 2 months and lost out on ~Double cashback. But Never give up 👊 when you are the sufferer.
