When we sin and wander from the Lord he rejoices when we return; forgives our sins; and allows us to begin anew. Consider celebrating his mercy today in the Sacrament of Penance so that you may be reconciled with God. What a wonderful way to enter Holy Week!

The Bible states that God has an eternal covenant with Israel. In Romans 11, the apostle Paul explains that God has not rejected His people. He describes Israel as the 'noble olive tree upon which believers from the nations are grafted.' Hatred against Israel is therefore seen by the God who chose them.
