Day 89 of #90DaysOfCode 🚀 Non-stop lectures, terrible power supply, and completely dead devices. Squeezed out enough battery to solve LeetCode "Divide Two Integers" (Medium). Since *, /, and % are forbidden, I used bitwise shifts (<<) to perform exponential subtraction.2
